Refund policy

Melissa Lal Studio does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.  Furthermore, we do not offer a window of exchange or refund. This includes prints and original artworks. Please select carefully as once payment is processed the transaction is final. 

In the unlikely circumstance of your print or painting being damaged in transit, please follow these instructions. Take a photo immediately of exterior (packaging unopened), then interior (damaged work inside packaging). Contact Melissa Lal Studio via melissalalstudio@outlook.com so arrangements can be made accordingly.
